Experienced 4D @USC-TC.

We were at the Cafa Theatre for the “Pasidungog” when the earthquake happened.  I couldn’t imagine how strong it was, I really felt the shake and all the people were on the state of panic. I don’t know how to react. Our dean even told us to just stay calm but yeah, people got really scared. Yeah, it was that scary because we were all in the first floor of  the building. But then again, it was gone. My friends  who were outside the Cafa Theatre experienced the aftershocks though. We hurriedly took up our lunch because me and friend were into some sort of contest to attend by 1pm. So okay, I wouldn’t really eat at Silogan ever again. The ambiance’s not even nice and I hate the food. I really don’t know. Maybe I was just too irritated because it took up a couple of minutes to decide while I was on the edge of my life with 30 minutes remaining before the contest.

We didn’t have classes today. Yeah, even our Java instructor told us that he wouldn’t teach. Well, who would want to teach during CAS Days/TechnoWeek right? Students would just call him KJ. So we were happy because there were no classes! But I had to wait for the said contest.

I never really knew that the topic would be about how to stop procrastination and they didn’t give us handouts! So I had to squeeze the juices of my brain to finally get an idea on what to do. God knows I’m really not prepared. I got no time to think for the layouts and stuff. The good thing is, all contests are postponed!

Now lets fast forward. Hmm. Someone told us that we should go home now because a Tsunami will hit Cebu, or maybe Naga. So yeah, there were really no classes, even work. So the streets are busy as hell. When we reached highway, it was really scary because there were a lot of people running, and all the jeepneys were finding a different route out! So basically, what just happened is similar to that in the movies.. I was really nervous. Freaking suncellular, I wanted to call Dad but his phone cannot be reached. Anyhow, they told us it was a false alarm. But yeah, we just had to prepare. We’ll never know when our time will come. Prayers, guys. #prayforvisayas

And yes, it was this scary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=GkMNF4gU5bM
